Give AI a job in your team.
Buying access to AI leaves someone responsible for setting it up, teaching it the business and keeping it useful. Start with one named person on your existing team and the recurring work they need help getting through.
A clear role. A written agreement.
Your service agreement is with Tech Local. The job description tells your AI employee what to do; we are accountable for making the agreed role work. If something goes wrong, talk to us.
Before payment, we agree the duties, workload, working hours, named supervisor, tools, permissions, acceptance checks and how problems are handled. We manage capacity for that role. Changes affecting the price require your agreement.
The sample roles below illustrate the work, manager, tools and approval boundaries. Your duties, working hours, salary and acceptance checks are agreed before payment.

The service is month to month. Tell us before your next renewal if you want to cancel; no minimum term applies.

You stay in control.
You choose the tools and information your AI employee can use. Before you pay, we agree approval boundaries, who can access the information, the selected provider’s data handling, retention and training settings, and how access is removed when the service ends. Tools are connected only with your approval.
Your questions, answered.
What exactly is an AI employee?
An AI employee is software given a defined role in your business. It works with approved tools and information under a named person’s supervision. Tech Local sets it up, helps it learn your way of working and supports the agreed role. Your service agreement is with Tech Local.
Does this replace someone on my team?
The starting point is someone you already employ. We help them hand over the recurring work that slows them down, so they have more room for the parts of the job that need their attention and judgement.
Does it need its own email address?
Not necessarily. It can work with the accounts and tools its supervisor is authorised to connect. If a separate account is useful for the role, we agree that during scoping, including any additional licence cost.
My business isn’t in the examples. Can you still help?
Yes. We shape the role around one person’s actual work. A guesthouse could prepare conference-enquiry replies; a broker could organise renewal paperwork. Your staff keep control of rates, availability, cover advice and other professional decisions. We agree the fit and boundaries before payment.
What do you need from us?
Choose a named supervisor, make time for the five onboarding sessions, and provide the context, examples and authorised access the role needs. We agree those responsibilities before you pay. Your team stays involved in reviewing work and making decisions.
What happens if it makes a mistake?
Tell Tech Local. We are accountable for the agreed role and help investigate and correct problems. The agreement sets the checks, escalation and remedies. Approval boundaries help keep a draft or suggestion from becoming an unintended customer commitment.
Who controls access to our information?
You choose the tools and information your AI employee can use. Before you pay, we agree approval boundaries, who can access the information, the selected provider’s data handling, retention and training settings, and how access is removed when the service ends. Tools are connected only with your approval.
What changes between Junior, Intermediate and Senior?
Working capacity. All three include the same onboarding and support. We match the package to your agreed workload before payment. The names are familiar descriptions, not years of experience, guaranteed output or permission to act without your approval.
Can I use a subscription I already have?
Yes, if it suits the agreed role. Switch to “Bring your own subscription” to see our service fees: R2,000, R4,000, R10,000 per month. You continue paying your provider separately. We confirm the subscription and any required licences before you pay.
Will I have to keep track of AI usage?
We match and manage capacity for the role agreed with you. You have a fixed monthly price for that scope. If the work you want changes, we agree any change in scope or price with you first.
How does the first month’s guarantee work?
Request your money back on WhatsApp within 30 days of your first onboarding day and we will refund your full first-month payment to Tech Local, including onboarding. Subscriptions you paid for directly with another provider are excluded.
Can I cancel or change the role?
The service is month to month. Tell us before your next renewal if you want to cancel; no minimum term applies. We review the role with you monthly. If you want to expand or change it, we agree the new scope and any price change first.
Which AI do you use?
We usually recommend ChatGPT and can assess Claude and other suitable ecosystems, including Hark and Muse. The right choice depends on the job, your tools and regional availability. We confirm the specific product, subscription and data terms before you commit.
Give your team a new pair of hands.
Tell us which part of the working day needs more help. We will agree the role with you before you pay.
