AI enablement and support
WORTTTH AI Upskilling
Building practical AI capability through real finance work
Hands-on support for WORTTTH’s finance workflows and client dashboard development, from checking AI outputs to managing code changes.
The need
WORTTTH saw opportunities to use AI for time-consuming financial data preparation and to build a client reporting dashboard. The difficult step was moving from a promising result to work the team could understand and check. Transaction exports had to be transformed without losing their connection to the original figures, and an evolving dashboard needed a way to manage changes without overwriting a working version. General tool demonstrations alone would not resolve those day-to-day problems.
What Tech Local provided
Tech Local provided practical working sessions and support around the team’s own tasks. We worked through transaction preparation for accounting imports, discussing reconciliation, sample checks and audit records so outputs could be traced back to their source. As WORTTTH developed its dashboard, we coached the team through GitHub setup, version history, branches, review, testing and deployment. The engagement combined AI tool guidance with the working practices needed to assess outputs and manage ongoing development.
Important workflows
Start with real finance work
Sessions used transaction exports and accounting imports to explore where AI could help with repetitive preparation.
Make outputs checkable
Guidance covered reconciliation, samples and audit records so a plausible result could be checked against its source.
Build with a way back
Practical GitHub coaching introduced version history, branches and review as the team developed its dashboard.
Implementation
- Finance workflow coaching
- Audit checks
- GitHub and branches
- Dashboard development support
Practical value
WORTTTH developed its own dashboard with hands-on technical support and applied AI to concrete finance tasks. The engagement gave the team practical experience in checking generated work and managing changes, extending its capability beyond prompting alone.
