A chronic-care web experience with WhatsApp onboarding, glucose readings, trend views and configurable reminders.
The need
Tracking a long-term health condition depends on a repeatable daily routine. Vital Loop needed to reduce account friction and give people an accessible way to record readings and understand their history over time.
What Tech Local built
We built WhatsApp-initiated onboarding that returns a short magic-link sign-in and carries the phone number into the web experience. Patients maintain their profiles, record glucose readings and review trends by time range. Reminder preferences are stored with the patient plan, while an authenticated dashboard organises the ongoing tracking workflow.
