The need

Professionals often need more than a transcript: they need a report in their own format, an action list or a clear record of who said what. Stennar needed to carry recordings through that workflow without forcing every user into the same template or subscription.

What Tech Local built

We built a recording workspace with selectable transcription models, speaker-labelled transcripts and editable speaker names. Reusable report templates define sections as paragraphs, bullet lists, tasks or individual fields. Users can create a structure manually or derive one from an existing document, with suitable PDF form fields supported in the report workflow. Team workspaces provide invitations, recording access, roles and central billing. Prepaid pay-as-you-go credits sit alongside Pro and paid-seat Team plans, with configurable top-ups.

Capture who said what

Select a transcription model that supports speaker separation, then review the labelled transcript and update speaker names. Single-speaker models remain available for suitable recordings.

Create a report in your own format

Define reusable sections manually or use an existing document to guide the template, then generate structured reports from recordings. Custom reporting is available as a beta workflow.

Share work and manage usage

Invite colleagues into a team workspace, share recordings with appropriate access and manage paid seats and billing centrally. Individual users can use pay-as-you-go credits.

Practical value

The same recording can become the structured output a workflow needs, rather than another document someone must rewrite by hand. Teams can keep the conversation and its reports together, manage access and centralise billing. Occasional users can begin with prepaid usage-based processing, while subscriptions provide another route for regular use.
