The need
A site inspection produces photos, observations and repair assignments that are difficult to follow when they are scattered across messages and spreadsheets. SnagMate needed one record that could carry each issue from capture through contractor updates and review.
What Tech Local built
We built a mobile-friendly inspection workspace organised by project and area. Inspectors capture photos, text and voice notes, with transcription helping turn spoken observations into descriptions. Assigned contractors can comment, update work and attach completion photos. Project leads review the evidence, while report exports collect the captured details, status and responsibility in a shareable document. Role and project boundaries keep contractor access within assigned work.

Practical value
The photo, location, responsible person and repair history stay attached to the same issue. That makes follow-up easier to coordinate and turns the working record into clearer client reporting. The current pilot brings inspection and contractor workflows together without asking teams to rebuild a report from separate message threads.
