Property maintenance operations

QuoteMate

Maintenance requests, quotes, jobs and invoices

Keep property maintenance requests, issue-level quotes, approvals, scheduled work and invoices connected.

The need

One maintenance request can become several issues, supplier quotes and jobs. When each step lives in a different message or document, clients and administrators lose sight of what is approved, what is scheduled and what still needs attention.

What Tech Local built

We built client and admin workspaces around the property and its original request. Issue timelines connect the details to quote creation and editing, approval actions, job scheduling and invoice records. Client views surface their requests, approved work, upcoming jobs and invoices. Admin reporting and client management support the wider operational workflow, with payment records attached to invoices.

Important workflows

Create a property-linked request

Capture the request and its individual issues so quotations and follow-up remain connected to the correct property.

Review the quote and approval

Create or edit quotes against the request, record approval decisions and keep the commercial history with the work.

Follow jobs and invoices

Show scheduled work and invoice records in the client workspace, with administrator tools for job and payment updates.

Implementation

  • Property-linked requests
  • Issue timelines
  • Quote creation and approvals
  • Job scheduling
  • Invoices and payment records
  • Client and admin views

Practical value

Both sides can follow a request through commercial approval and delivery, with the property, work details and financial records linked together. A client can see the next step without reconstructing the request from emails, while administrators retain the context behind each quote and job.
