The need

An online property auction involves more than a listing and a bid button. Buyers need property information and a path through registration, while auction staff need to review bidder documents, manage auctions and follow up on communication.

What Tech Local built

We built public auction pages connected to bidder accounts, private identity and proof-of-address uploads, registration workflows and signed document generation. Bidders can follow their bidding activity and choose email alerts for outbid events and closing reminders. The admin workspace supports bidder reviews and auction operations, while failed email delivery is made visible so staff can follow up.
